AB - The purpose of this study is to investigate influence among educational environment of vocational training college, motivation and career decision of major. And this study suggest competitiveness of vocational training college and improvement point of educational environment by an analysis. For the field test and verification, the Incheon, Ulsan and Daegu students of vocational training college from november 15th to december 15th, 2017 were selected as the research objects. The research result is summarized as follows. First, educational environment of vocational training college impacted positively on motivation of major. Second, motivation of vocational training college had a positive influence on career decision of major. As follow this study, Can be expected human resources investment of educational environment in vocational training college and new program for high quality education. In conclusion, First, Chief Executive improve competitiveness by human resources investment. Second, student of vocational training college motivate to high quality education. Finally, Motivated student had a positive influence on career decision.
