본 연구에서는 유아교사가 창의성에 중점을 둔 수업실천과 컨설팅을 경험한 후 창의적 수업에 대해갖게 되는 신념 및 태도에 어떠한 변화가 있는지를 알아보고자 하였다 이를 위해 전라북도 시에 있는어린이집의 세 유아반 교사 명 세반 교사 명 세 혼합반 교사 명 과 개월에 걸쳐 총 회의면담을 진행하였다 결과적으로 창의적 활동에 대한 교사의 신념 및 태도의 변화는 첫째 질문에 대한생각이 달라졌다 둘째 교사의 선입견은 방해가 된다 셋째 새롭고 다양한 활동이 필요하다 넷째 유아들은 무한한 잠재력이 있다 다섯째 창의적 수업에 대한 실천의지가 생겼다 로 밝혀졌다 본 연구에서의실제적 경험을 통해 창의적 수업에 대한 교사의 신념 및 태도에 긍정적 변화가 생겼고 이에 대한 지속적인 실천 가능성이 더해질 것으로 기대된다
This study was to clarify the change of teachers’ belief and attitude about creative activities while performing the activities with young children and getting a consulting service. To complete this purpose, 2 teachers in a day care center were interviewed 14 times, and 21 young children aged 3-5 were also participated at the activities. As a result, the change of the teachers was turned out as ‘change of thought about questions’, ‘being about some prejudice’, ‘necessity for some new and variety of activities’, ‘deficient recognition of young children’s potential power’, ‘free will to keep going on the creative activities.’ This study could be helpful to let us recognize how important teachers’s impact is for young children’s creativity.
