The purpose of this study is to find out which determinant factors of club party's success effect the satisfaction and reparticipation intention of club party participant. This study is based on advanced research on events and festivals which similar field as club party, and interviews of 5 club party experts who have more than 5 year work experience to figure determinant factor of club party’s success. This researcher filter and re-derive the categories of determinant factors, participant’s satisfaction, reparticipation intention through advanced research. As a result, determinant factors of success were divided into 14 categories through documentary research and interview of experts. Resulting determinant factors of club party’s success were planning & directing factor, VIP & sponsorship quality factor, public relations factor and the opposite sex participant factor. According to the determinant factors, 3 categories went under satisfaction of club party participant factor, and 2 categories went under participant’s reparticipation intention factor
