청소년의 성범죄를 줄이기 위해서는 처벌의 수위를 높여야 한다는 주장도 있고, 예방차원의 대책 마련이 있어야 한다는 주장도 있다. 그렇다고 해서 딱히 내세울 만한 제재조치도 예방책도 현재로서는 없다. 최근 들어 청소년의 성범죄가 지능화되고, 흉폭 해져 가고 있을 뿐만 아니라 점차 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 이처럼 우리 사회에서 급격하게 증가하고 있는 청소년의 성범죄에 대한 실태와 그 심리에 대해서 고찰하였다. 연구결과 청소년성범죄자들은 다음과 같은 특징을 가지고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 청소년성범죄자들은 먼저 친밀감을 가지는데 어려움을 가지고 있고, 심한 고독감을 느끼고 있다. 둘째로 다른 사람들의 관점을 받아들이고 감정을 느끼는 공감능력이 부족하다. 셋째로 친밀감 등을 충족시키는 적절한 대응전략이 부족하기 때문에 성적 환상이나 행동을 대응전략으로 사용한다. 넷째로 부모와의 불안정한 애착관계에 있고, 이로 인해 성범죄를 부모에 대한 반항의 방법으로 이용한다. 다섯째로 여성은 강간을 당하기를 원한다는 등 강간에 대한 잘못된 통념이 높다. 그리고 청소년의 성범죄에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 먼저 청소년의 성범죄는 우발적이고 충동적으로 발생하는 경향이 있기 때문에 이를 조절하고 제어할 수 있는 자기 통제력이 중요한 요인이 된다. 청소년의 가족환경도 청소년의 성범죄에 중요한 영향을 미친다. 자녀에 대한 방임이나 학대, 가정폭력으로 인해 가정의 응집력이 낮은 경우도 청소년들은 그 외로움을 느끼고, 이러한 외로움을 달래는 과정에서 성에 대해 중독적인 모습을 보이는 것으로 나타났다.

Fourth juvenile sex offenders are in the insecure attachment relationships with parents, resulting in the use of sex crimes as a way for parents rebelled. Juvenile sex offenders in fifth, have a myth about rape that wants to vulnerable women raped. And First, factors affecting the sex crimes of sexual offenses of youth and the youth are accidental impulse is an important factor in self control because it can be adjusted and controlled to occur. Second, the family environment of young people also have a significant impact on young people's sexual offenses.
