본 연구는 예비 및 현직유아교사의 행복한 삶을 위한 교사 생애주기별 셀프리더십 연계모형을 개발하기 위한 목적을 지닌다. 이를 위하여 행복 및 셀프리더십 관련 문헌을 고찰하여 연계모형 개발의 이론적 준거를 도출하였다. 연계모형의 실제적 준거를 위해 본 연구자들이 ‘유아교사의 행복한 삶을 위한 셀프리더십 연계모형에 대한 요구 조사’ 질문지를 구성하였다. 예비 및 현직 유아교사 1,200명을 대상으로 질문지를 배부·회수한 후, 응답한 1,098명의 요구를 예비 및 현직 유아교사의 교직주기별로 분석하여 실제적 준거를 도출하였다. 이와 같이 도출된 이론적 준거와 실제적 준거를 토대로 예비 및 현직유아교사의 행복한 삶을 위한 교사 생애주기별 셀프리더십 연계모형 시안을 구성하였다. 구성된 시안에 대해 유아교육 전문가의 내용타당도 검증을 받아 수정, 보완한 후, 최종 연계모형을 제시하였다. 최종 개발된 연계모형은 유아교사의 생애주기인 예비유아교사, 저경력, 중경력, 고경력 현직유아교사 집단별로 기본관점, 목적, 내용, 방법, 운영방식을 포함하여 제시하였다.
The purpose of this study is to develop the self-leadership connection model for pre-service and in-service early childhood teacher's happiness based on teacher’s life-cycle stage. For this purpose, the literature on happiness and self-leadership was reviewed and the theoretical basis for the development of connection model was derived. For the practical criterion of the connection model, a questionnaire was prepared of the self-leadership connection model for pre-service and in-service early childhood teacher's happiness based on teacher’s life-cycle stage. A total of 1,800 copies of the questionnaire were distributed to early childhood teachers, and 1080 data were analyzed for practical criteria. The validity based on the theoretical and practical criteria and contents was reviewed by early childhood education professionals, and then the connection model was suggested. The final connection model was presented with basic perspectives purpose, contents, methods and methods of operation for group of teachers’ life cycle stage, consisting of low-professional teachers, medium-professional teachers, and high professional teachers.
