이 논문은 앱스토어를 운영하고 있는 대기업과 이에 앱을 등록하여 제공하고 있는 중소기업 간의 상호 협력이 어떠한 분야에서 어떻게 이루어지고 있는지를 살펴봄으로써 대기업과 중소기업 간의 협력이 이루어지는 제품 생태계를 다룬다. 대기업과 중소기업 간의 상호 협력을 플랫폼의 관리, 상호 신뢰의 구축, 정보의 공유, 이익의 공유라는 네 가지의 카테고리로 분류하고 각각의 분류에 대하여 대표적인 휴대전화 제조업체인 삼성전자의 운영방식을 정리하였다. 삼성전자의 경우 정보 및 이익의 공유를 통하여 협력 중소기업들의 경쟁력을 높이는 방안들을 사용하고 있다는 점을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 이러한 점을 바탕으로 하여, 플랫폼 관리와 정보 공유 분야에 대한 휴대폰 산업 생태계의 발전 및 중소기업과의 상생을 위하여 삼성전자가 유용하게 사용할 수 있는 협력방안을 제시하였다.
In this paper, we review ecosystem based cooperation between large company and SMEs in Korea. We summarize ecosystem based cooperation in terms of four categories such as platform management, mutual trust building, information sharing and profit sharing. We use Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.(Samsung) as a sample of large company. We recognize that Samsung uses way to increase the competitiveness of SMEs through information and profit sharing. We suggest the improvement plan for Samsung to better cooperate with SMEs regarding platform management and information sharing. We calculate the benefit and cost of this improvement plan.
