이 연구는 사례관리 표준화 시스템 구축에 대한 기초적인 근거를 마련하고자 사례관리의 구심점이 되는 통합사정틀을 개발하는 데 목적이 있다. 통합사정틀을 개발하기 위해 1단계에서 문헌연구를 통하여 기초적인 모형틀을 구성하였고, 2단계에서는 현장사례 151case에서 추출한 1,640개 서술문을 분석하여 모형을 재구성하였다. 3단계에서는 모형의 타당성 검증을 위하여 현장전문가의 FGI 검증을 실시하고 최종통합사정틀을 도출하였다. 4단계에서는 최종통합모형 적용의 일반화 과정을 진행하였다. 연구결과 통합사정틀은 사정영역(대분류)-사정범주(중분류)-사정지표(소분류) 총 3단계로 분류되고, 사정영역은 4개 영역, 사정범주는 13개 범주, 사정지표는 문제․욕구․강점 사정영역은 13개 사정지표, 자원 사정영역은 2개 유형과 10개 사정지표로 분류되었으며, 측정지표는 사정영역별 3개 지표로 구성되고, 사정범주와 사정지표의 개념을 정립하였다. 더불어 모형의 일반화를 위해 현장의 사례를 적용하였고, 인구사회학적특성, 사정범주와 사정지표, 생애주기별 사정범주와 사정지표를 분석하여 제시하였다.
This study aims at developing Integration assessment framework as a pivotal figure of case management to find basic grounds about building a case management standardization system. In order to develop Integration assessment framework, this study tried to construct a basic model by literature research in step 1 and to restructure the model by analyzing 1,640 sentences abstracted from 151 onsite cases in step 2. In step 3, to verify the validity of the model this study executed FGI verification of the site specialists and drew out a final integration assessment framework. In step 4, it progressed a generalize process for application of the final Integration assessment framework. As a result of the study, integration assessment framework is classified by 3 steps; assessment area(large scale classification) - assessment category(medium scale classification) - assessment indicator(small scale classification). Assessment area is sorted by 4 areas, assessment category is sorted by 13 categories and assessment indicators are problem, needs and strength. Assessment area is sorted by 13 assessment indicators and resource assessment area is sorted by 2 categories and 10 indicators. Each assessment area has three assessment indicators and it establishes concept of assessment category and assessment indicator. Additionally, it applied site examples for generalization of the model, and presented sociodemographic characteristics with analyzing assessment category and assessment indicator and assessment category for life cycle and assessment indicator for life cycle.
