본 연구는 한국사회에서 사이버대학교가 모든 부분에서 일반대학들과 같은 편제, 행정, 교과과정들이 진행되고 있음에도 유독 실습관련 과목에서 관련 학과의학생들이나 교수들이 불편을 경험하고 있다. 따라서본 연구에서는 그 불편함의 근원을 찾아내고, 개선이필요한 부분이 어떤 것인가를 파악하고, 개선의 방향을 도출해 내고자 한다. 본 연구는 질적연구를 연구(현상학적 연구) 방법론으로 택하여, 연구의 목적을 이해하며 연구자와의 의사소통이 가능하고 참여에 동의한, 사이버대학교를직․간접적으로 경험한 10명의 어린이집 원장들을 택하였다. `17년 6월부터 9월까지 약 4달 간 심층 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 본 인터뷰는 연구 참여자들에 대한 기초조사 후, 그들 자신의 개념과 경험을 언어로 이야기하게 하는 심층면접기법을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 분석의 결과 7개의 대주제를 추려낼 수 있었고, 이에따른 결론을 도출해내었다. - 186 - 첫째, 일곱 개의 대 주제는 다음과 같다. 사이버대생을보육실습생으로 받는다는 것?, 현장감이 떨어지는 것이 사실!, 앞으로도 사이버대학교 출신 실습생들을 받을 것인지?, “사이버대학교에서 보육교사 자격증을 취득한다는 것이 문제가 되는가?”, 사이버대학교 출신 실습생들의 장점은?, 사이버대학교의 실습생들에게 해줄 수 있는 조언은? 어린이집 원장님들과 보육교사들의 실습생을 대하는 태도는? 이었고, 둘째, 결론 및 사이버대학교에서 해결해야 할 향후 과제로 중심이 되는 다섯 개의 주 내용을 모색해 보았다. 실습전 실습에 필요한 모든 내용의 사전 교육, 사이버대학교에대한 오해를 불식시키기 위한 학교-교수-학생들 간의 지속적인 노력, 어린이집과 학과 혹은 학교 간 사전 상호협력관계, 충분한 교육과 지속적인 현장 접촉을 통한 자격증취득에의 오해 불식, 원장님들의 실습생을 어떻게 대하는가에 대한 태도로 정리 가능하였다.
This study is based on the assumption that despite the fact that cyber universities in Korea have same system such as organization, administration and curriculum with general universities, students and professors in related departments are specially experiencing discomfort in the practice related subjects. Therefore, in this study, we want to find out the source of the discomfort, identify the part that needs improvement, and draw direction of improvement. This study selected ten nursery director who directly or indirectly experienced cyber universities who were able to communicate with researcher and participate in the study by choosing qualitative research as a methodology. In-depth interviews were conducted for about four months from June to September, 2017. After a basic survey on the participants, we collected data through in - depth interview techniques that allowed them to speak their own concepts and experiences in language. As a result of the analysis, we were able to categorize 7 main categories and draw conclusions accordingly. First, the main category is as follows. Receiving childcare interns, It's true that the sense of presence is falling?, receive students from cyber universities in the future?, Is it a problem to get a childcare teacher's license at Cyber University?, What are the advantages of interns from cyber universities?, What advice can you give to the interns at Cyber University?, Nursery presidents and child care teachers, What is your attitude toward an intern? Second, Conclusion and we have searched for the five main contents which are the main issues to be solved at Cyber University. Pre-training of all the exercises necessary for practice before the training, Continuous efforts by University-faculty-students to dissuade misunderstandings about cyber universities, Cooperative relationships between child care centers and departments or Universities, Abortion of misunderstanding of acquiring qualifications through sufficient education and constant on-site contact, Direcctors' attitude toward how to treat practitioners.
