The purpose of study is to investigate the relationship of organizational justice, supervisory trust and organizational commitment of cabin crews, working for a full service carrier. Based on structural equation modeling with AMOS, for this study, data were collected from 293 questionnaires completed by cabin crews from a total of 400 questionnaires distributed throughout the two major full service airlines in Korea. For this study, the quota sampling method was employed within a non-probability sampling model. From the research, the main results were as follows: First, Procedural justice, the factor of organizing for Organizational Justice, has significant effects on Supervisory Trust. Secondly, Supervisory Trust also has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Finally, this study presented some implications related to effective human resource management in the airline industry, and the role of organizational justice to achieve effective service from cabin crews.
