최근 들어 청년창업가와 직장인들을 중심으로 창업에 대한 괸심이 높아지고 있는 상황에서 회계정보시스템(AIS)을 활용한 컨설팅이 창업기업의 경영성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 창업 후 5년 이내의 중소기업 경영자와 임직원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, 실증분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과를 종합하면 다음과 같다. 창업특성 중 창업자의 역량은 원가절감 컨설팅의 효과, 매출액증대 컨설팅의 효과, 그리고 순이익증대 컨설팅의 효과 등 재무 컨설팅의 효과 모두 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이와 같은 분석결과는 창업자의 역량이 높을수록 관리회계 컨설팅의 효과는 높아지는 것을 의미하므로 창업자의 창업에 대한 역량강화가 가장 우선적으로 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 한편, 창업자본의 충분성은 원가절감 컨설팅의 효과, 매출액증대 컨설팅의 효과, 그리고 순이익증대 컨설팅의 효과 등 관리회계 컨설팅의 효과 전체에 부(-) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 창업자본이 충분할수록 관리회계 컨설팅의 효과는 낮아지는 것을 의미하므로 관리회계 컨설팅의 효과를 높이기 위해서는 창업자의 역량강화 뿐만 아니라 창업자본의 적절한 투자가 중요하다는 것을 시사한다고 볼 수 있겠다.
Today, young entrepreneurs and business people are showing much interest in start-up. In this context, I would like to analyze how the consulting using accounting information system (AIS) affects the management accounting performance of a start-up company. The empirical results of this study are summarized as follows. The founder competence of the entrepreneurship was found to have a significant effect on both the effect of cost reduction consulting, the effect of sales increase consulting, and the effect of financial consulting such as the effect of increasing net profit consulting. These results suggest that the higher the competency of the founder, the higher the effectiveness of management accounting consulting. Second, the sufficiency of entrepreneurial capital has a negative effect on both the effect of cost reduction consulting, the effect of sales increase consulting, and the effect of consulting on net increase. This implies that the effect of managerial accounting consulting is lowered when the entrepreneurial capital is sufficient. Therefore, in order to increase the effectiveness of managerial accounting consulting, it is suggested that appropriate investment of entrepreneurial capital is important as well as capacity of founder.
