Hotel organization needs to form a proper environment for creative work involvement in order to be successful in knowledge based economy. Focused on the hotel industry, this study aims to identify how inclusive leadership, feeling of energy, and creative work involvement are related. The number of 220 cases was used for final analysis and the results were explained through structural equation modeling. The results indicate the hotel employees’ feeling of energy is positively increased when they experience inclusive leadership. Both inclusive leadership and feeling of energy also make significant impact on creative work involvement and feeling of energy mediates the relationship between inclusive leadership and creative work involvement. As a result, inclusive leadership and feeling of energy are the identified key factors for the hotel employees’ creative work involvement. Finally, it is discussed how the hotel practitioners provide organizational background to increase creative work involvement.
