본 연구에서는 기술혁신 성과에 기술혁신 역량과 R&D 지식경영이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지, 그리고 기술혁신 역량과 기술혁신 성과 간의 관계에 있어 R&D 지식경영이 매개효과를 지니는지를 분석하고자 하는 데 연구목적을 두고 있다. 기술혁신 역량으로 학습역량, 조직역량, 연구개발역량과 전략기획역량을 사용하였으며, 매개변수로 R&D 지식경영, 종속변수로 기술혁신 성과를 사용하였다. 분석결과, 기술혁신 성과에 학습역량을 제외한 기술혁신 역량과 R&D 지식경영이 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 기술혁신 역량은 모두 R&D 지식경영에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, R&D 지식경영을 통한 기술혁신 성과로의 간접효과 분석에서는 모두 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 R&D 지식경영은 기술혁신 역량과 기술혁신 성과 간에 매개효과를 지님을 보여주었다. 이러한 결과는 기술혁신 성과에 기술혁신을 촉진시킬 수 있는 조직의 기술혁신 역량이 중요하며, 또한 R&D부서에서 연구개발 된 R&D 지식이 현업부서에 제대로 전달되고 구현될 있도록 R&D 지식을 체계적으로 관리하는 것이 중요함을 보여주고 있다. 또한 기술혁신 역량 중 일부 변수는 기술혁신 성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 못하였으나, R&D 지식경영을 통해 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 성공적 기술혁신 성과의 달성을 위해서는 R&D 지식을 체계적으로 관리하는 지식경영이 중요함을 보여주었다.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of R&D knowledge management on technological innovation performance and the mediating effect of R&D knowledge management on the relationship between technology innovation capability and technology innovation performance. As the technology innovation capacity, we used learning capability, organizational capability, R&D capability and strategic planning capability. We used R&D knowledge management as a parameter and technology innovation performance as a dependent variable. As a result of the analysis, it was found that technology innovation capability and R&D knowledge management have a positive influence on innovation performance, And R&D knowledge management has a significant positive effect on the indirect effect analysis on the technological innovation performance through R&D knowledge management. Therefore, R&D knowledge management has mediating effect between technology innovation capability and technology innovation performance. These results show that it is important for the innovation capability of the organization to promote technological innovation in the technological innovation performance and to systematically manage the R&D knowledge so that the R&D department's research and development knowledge can be properly communicated and implemented in the business department.
