본 연구는 경기도의 공립 및 사립 유치원에 근무하는 274명의 교사를 대상으로 유치원 교사의 행복감, 직무만족, 교사효능감 및 교수몰입 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하고, 유치원 교사의 행복감이 교수몰입에 직접적으로 미치는 영향과 직무만족과 교사효능감을 매개로 하여 간접적으로 미치는 영향을 규명하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공분산구조분석을 실시한 결과, 유치원 교사의 행복감은 직무만족과 교사효능감에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 반면에 교수몰입에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 직무만족은 교사효능감과 교수몰입에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치며, 교사효능감도 교수몰입에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유치원 교사의 행복감은 교수몰입에 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지는 않지만 직무만족과 교사효능감을 매개로 교수몰입에 간접적으로 영향을 미치며, 1차 매개변인인 직무만족과 2차 매개변인인 교사효능감을 이중매개로 하여 교수몰입에 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 통하여 유치원 교사의 행복감이 교수몰입에 미치는 영향에 있어 직무만족과 교사효능감은 매개변인이며, 직무만족과 교사효능감의 경로를 통한 이중매개효과가 있으며, 교사효능감이 매우 영향력 있는 매개변인으로서의 역할을 수행함을 알 수 있다.
The purpose of this study is to examine the structural relationship among kindergarten teacher's sense of happiness, job satisfaction, teacher efficacy, and teaching flow. The study verified the hypothetical structural model, and analyzed the direct and indirect effects of kindergarten teacher's sense of happiness on job satisfaction, teacher efficacy, and teaching flow. The subjects of the study are 274 kindergarten teachers. In order to verify hypothesized model fit and the effects of the variables of the model, structural equation model was applied using maximum likelihood method. The results of the structural equation model analysis show that kindergarten teacher's sense of happiness affects job satisfaction and teacher efficacy positively. But, kindergarten teacher's sense of happiness does not affect teaching flow directly. Teacher's job satisfaction affects teacher efficacy and teaching flow positively, and teacher efficacy also affects teaching flow positively. The results also show that kindergarten teacher's sense of happiness affects teaching flow indirectly by job satisfaction and teacher efficacy. Teacher's job satisfaction and teacher efficacy serve as positive mediators to the effect of kindergarten teacher's sense of happiness on teaching flow.
