본고에서는 근대 중국의 사상가 강유위의 종교 담론을 중심으로 彼岸과 此岸, 聖人, 인간의 우주에서의 지위, 그리고 인류의 해방에 관한 그의 관점을 정리한 기초 위에서 현세를 중시하고 절대성을 부인하며 인간을 자연의 일부로 규정하는 그의 사상적 특징을 밝히고 동아시아의 전통적인 유가 사상과의 친화성을 강조했다. 또한 이러한 사상적 특징을 바탕으로, 인간과 자연의 조화를 강조하고 질서를 중시하며 자타가 공존할 수 있는 열려진 공간을 지향한 그의 대동사상의 사상사적 의의를 재고했다.
This paper took Modern Chinese Thinker Kang Youwei's religion discours as an example, Sorted out his view about “the other shore and this shore”, “human’s status in the universe”, “Human liberation”. And then clarified Kang Youwei's Ideological characteristics which Value this life, deny absoluteness, Regard human beings as a part of nature. This paper also emphasized the affinity between Kang Youwei's thought and Confucianism. On the basis of above, This paper reconsidered the intellectual historical significance of Kang Youwei's one world (Datong) thought. Especially pondered deeply over His wisdoms which Emphasizing harmony between man and nature, emphasizing the order of society and the yearning for open community which could coexistence ego and otherness
