The purpose of this study is to present a policy project for enhancing competitiveness of management of a hotel representing a hospitality enterprise by doing empirical analysis of the relationship between a hospitality enterprise members’ leisure satisfaction & attitude, life satisfaction and psychological well-being. To this end, this study conducted a survey targeting the members working for five-star hotels in Seoul and Busan from October 1 until October 20, 2016. Then, this study conducted simple․multiple regression analysis using 312 questionnaires as the analysis data to the exclusion of 38 questionnaires, in which there existed a large number of missing values, or which replied unfaithfully out of 350 copies in total. As a result of this study, first, leisure satisfaction was found to have a partially significant influence on leisure attitude and life satisfaction; second, it was confirmed that leisure attitude had a significant influence on both life satisfaction and psychological well-being, and third, life satisfaction was found to have a positive influence on psychological well-being. The implications from this study are that first, it might be possible to find a solution to the healthy application plan for welfare & benefits payment for employees’ leisure program development and leisure activity participating opportunity expansion through participation in leisure as a part of the welfare & benefits system for employees. Second, it could be very important for providing high-class service to customers to get employees to continuously maintain a healthy state of mind and body, which is bound up with employees’ self-satisfaction expansion, as much as economic, monetary reward for employees.
