본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 셀프리더십, 임상실습 만족도, 임상실습자기효능감 정도를 확인하고 변수 간 관련성을 파악하여 간호대학생의 임상수행능력을 향상시키기 위한 전략의 기초자료를 얻기 위함이다. 연구대상은 수업연한 4년제 교육과정중 임상실습을 경험한 간호대학생 162명이다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 22.0 프로그램을사용하여 빈도와 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA 및 Scheffe 검증, Pearson’s correlation으로하였다. 연구결과, 간호대학생의 셀프리더십, 임상실습 만족도, 임상실습 자기효능감은 보통 이상 수준이었으며 셀프리더십과 임상실습 자기효능감, 임상실습 만족도와 임상실습자기효능감 간에는 유의한 양(+)의 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 토대로 간호대학생의 셀프리더십, 임상실습 만족도, 임상실습 자기효능감을 함양할 수 있는 방안을제언하였다.


The purpose of this study was to identify self-leadership, satisfaction of clinical practice and self-efficacy of clinical practice among nursing students. The subjects were 160 nursing students in the third year of the program who were experience of clinical practice. Data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and scheffe, pearson’s correlation coefficient. The mean scores of self-leadership, satisfaction of clinical practice and self-efficacy of clinical practice erer above average. There was a positive correlation between self-leadership and self-efficacy of clinical practice(r=.385, p=.001) and between satisfaction of clinical practice and self-efficacy of clinical practice(r=.331, p=.003), Based on these results, It is important to develop and apply educational programs to increase self-leadership, satisfaction of clinical practice, self-efficacy of clinical practice in order to improve nursing students’ clinical competence.
