The purpose of the study is to analyze the determinants of screen golf store’s sales per golf simulator system by using multiple regression model based on variables including locational characteristic factors, store’s characteristics factors and service price. Sales per system which are computed from the 130 stores’ financial reports on 3 Gangnam districts in Seoul are used as a dependent variable. The result of the empirical analysis shows that sales per system of a store located in commercial area are higher than those of a store located in residential area. And sales per system are positively proportional to total number of floating population, total number of rival store, the number of systems. Also we estimate the optimal service price to maximize sales per system. The estimated price is lower than the average price of the 130 stores.
