본 연구는 골프장 종사자의 개인적 특성에 따른직무스트레스, 직무만족, 직무환경의 차이를 규명하고, 각 변인들 간의 영향력과 상관관계를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 설문조사방법으로 선택형과 5점Likert 척도로 구성된 설문지를 사용하여, 2017년 2월부터 2017년 4월까지 전라북도 에 소재한 D골프장과경상남도에 소재의 G골프장을 방문하여 골프장 종사자를 대상으로 자기평가기입법으로 설문지를 작성하게 하여, 자료처리 분석을 위해 최종 270부를Windows Program SPSS/PC Version 22.0을 이용하여처리하였으며, 통계학적 기법으로는 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 이와 같은 분석을 통해 얻어진 결론은 다음과같다. 첫째, 골프장 종사자 직무환경은 직무만족에유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 골프장 종사자 직무환경은 직무스트레스에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
This research aims to investigate the differences among work stress, work satisfaction, and office environment according to personal characteristics of individual golf-course workers and to analyze influences of and correlations among each variable. With multiple-choice and 5 point Likert-type scale as the means of conducting the research, by visiting G-golf and D-golf courses in Jeollabuk-do and Gyeongsangnam-do, from February 2017 to April 2017 and having employees from the golf courses to complete the survey with self-administered questionnaires, total of 270 surveys were analyzed and statistically compiled using Windows Program SPSS/PC Version 22.0. for Windows was used and frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression were made. The results drawn from these analyses were as follows. First, The Analysis on the Impact and Satisfaction in a Working Environment and analysis showed a statistically significant difference. Second, The Analysis on the Impact of Job Stress and Working Environment and analysis showed a statistically significant difference.
