본 연구는 MRP를 개념적으로만 강의하지 않고 실습을 통하여 이해력을 높일 수 있는 효과적인 방법을 제시하고자 한다. MRP를 개념적으로만 강의하는 것은 MRP를 정확하게 이해시키지 못하게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 SAP ERP로 실습하기 위해 가장 적합한 MRP 교육시나리오 점검리스트를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 MRP 강의에 필요한 내용, 적합한 BOM 구조, MPS의 단위구간, 로트결정 방법, 초기 재고 및 기발주 주문을 제시하고 ERP에 있는 MRP를 실행시킨 후에 실습 결과를 MRP도표와 비교 라는 것이 주요 내용이다. 또한, 기업현장에 필요하면서도 학생들이 MRP에 필요한 교육용 시나리오 점검리스트를 제시했다는 측면에서 교육담당자에게 많은 시사점을 제공하지만, ERP 등 교육용 시스템의 뒷받침이 없을 경우, 그 효과가 반감할 수 있다. 그리고 현재 개발되어 있는 국가직무능력표준의 자재관리나 공급망관리의 능력단위와 MRP교육시나리오 점검리스트를 매칭시켜 NCS 교육 체계로 발전시켜 나가면 보다 산업에서의 적합도가 높은 교육체계가 될 것이다.
This study devoted the effective method on teaching MRP through practices not just teacing the concepts and the theories. Lecturing MRP based on the concepts and theories make the students understand the parts of MRP processes. Therefore, this paper proposes the checklist of MRP education scenarios by understanding the whole MRP processes and utilizing SAP ERP System for the practices which professors or SCM instructors will deliver the MRP contents effectively. This research proposes the suitable contents of MRP processes, suitable 3 level BOM alternatives, effective time bucket of MPS, lot sizing technique and initial stock including open orders. Theoretical MRP worksheet is compared with the practical MRP list screens from the results of MRP. However , this research has the limit that MRP education scenario without ERP System will not support the efficient MRP lecture scenario. The proposed checklist of MRP education scenarios would be helpful on the practical industry if the checklist is developed by mapping with material management or supply chain management competency unit of National Competency Standards.
