본 연구는 공공서비스 전달체계인 드림스타트 사업에서 제공하고 있는서비스 이용자의 만족도와 양육태도 분석을 토대로 개선방안을 탐색하여 정책적･실천적시사점을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 G시 북구 중심의 2차 자료를 기반으로분석하고 해석하였다. 발전방안을 분석한 결과, ‘프로그램 제안성’, ‘홍보의 적극성’, ‘지속성’, ‘지역의 연계성’, ‘접근성’을 토대로 드림스타트 사업이 진행되었으면 하였다. 따라서드림스타트 사업 진행을 위한 프로그램 개발을 적극적으로 지원할 수 있는 제도적 체계를구축해야 할 것이다. 또한, 사업효과성을 향상시키기 위한 효율적 평가시스템이 구축되어야 할 것이다.
The purpose of this study is to present the policy and practical implications of the improvement plan based on the analysis of the satisfaction and the parenting attitude of users of the integrated service provided by the Dream Start Project which is a public service delivery system. For this purpose, we analyzed the data based on the secondary data focoused on Buk-gu in G city. As a result of analyzing the development plan, it is desirable that the Dream Start project should be carried out based on ‘suggestion of program’, ‘aggressiveness of public relations’, ‘sustainability’, ‘regional connection’ and 'accessibility’. Therefore, it is necessary to establish an institutional system to actively support the program development for the Dream Start Project. In addition, an efficient evaluation system should be established to improve business effectiveness.
