The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of job stress on job satisfaction and turnover intention of bakery workers. In this study, multiple regression analysis was performed using the SPSS 21.0 statistical package. Job stress, job satisfaction, job stress and turnover intention, job satisfaction, and turnover intention were analyzed The effect of job stress on the job satisfaction of bakery workers showed that ambiguity of role, interpersonal relationship and welfare factor had significant effects on job satisfaction and turnover intention. In addition, the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention was found to have a significant effect as in the previous study. Therefore, it is thought that systematic staff training is needed to ensure that the field of responsibility is determined and that the work is carried out smoothly.
