본 연구는 학교‧급을 중심으로 대상별 직업카드 개발 연구의 현황을 살펴보고 직업카드를 개발하고 활용하는 연구자 및 현장 전문가들에게 대상의 발달특성을 고려한 적절한 직업카드의 선택 및 활용에 대한 실질적인 정보와 시사점을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 ‘직업카드’, ‘카드개발’을 주제어로 수집된 직업카드 개발 연구 총 12편을 분석대상으로 선정하여 카드의 개수, 기입내용, 개발과정의 구성내용을 분석하였다. 그 결과 국내에서 직업카드 개발이 시작된 이후 대상의 학교·급별에 따라 다양한 직업카드가 개발되고 있었다. 학교·급별 직업카드의 개수, 기입내용에 차이가 있었지만 학교·급에 따른 일관된 기준을 발견하기 어려워 대상의 진로발달을 고려한 직업카드의 개수 및 내용에 대한 논의가 필요할 것으로 보인다. 한편, 직업카드 개발과정의 경우 연구자들 마다 상이한 방식으로 카드개발과정을 구성하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 최근 자문위원 구성 및 타당화 과정이 강조되고 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 추후 대상의 발달특성을 고려한 직업카드 개발방향 및 개발과정에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다.
The purpose of this study is to investigate trends in the development of vocational cards for each subject, focusing on the school level, and to provide researchers and field experts who develop vocational cards with practical information and tasks on the selection and use of appropriate vocational cards. To do this, 12 studies were collected for the study of 'Vocational Cards' and 'Cards Development', which were analyzed using the number of cards, the content of writing, and the composition of the development process. As a result, various vocational cards have been developed according to the school level since the development of vocational cards in Korea. Although there were differences in the number and writing contents of the vocational cards according to the school level, it is difficult to find a consistent standard according to the school level, so it is necessary to discuss the consistent standard considering the career development of the students. On the other hand, in the case of the vocational cards development process, researchers have different ways of developing the cards, and it is confirmed that the process of composition and validation of the advisory committee is emphasized recently. Based on these results, we discussed implications for the direction and development process of vocational cards considering the students’ developmental characteristics.
