본 연구는 HRD(Human Resource Development; 인적자원개발)에 기초한 예비유아교사 실천지능 검사 문항 구성을 위하여 실천지능에 대한 선행연구들을 검토하였으며, 예비유아교사의 실천지능에 대한 개념도를 분석하고 실천지능에 대한 설문조사를 실시하여 예비유아교사의 실천지능에 대한 구조를 분석하였다. 그 결과를 바탕으로 예비유아교사 실천지능의 요인을 추출하였으며 각 요인에 대한 예비유아교사 실천지능 검사도구의 문항을 구성하여 예비유아교사 450명을 대상으로 실천지능 검사를 실시하였다. 검사의 문항의 양호도 검증을 위해 문항 반응분포도, 문항별 빈도, 각 문항의 평균 및 표준편차, 왜도와 첨도를 분석하였고, 문항의 변별도 분석을 위해 상위 25%, 하위 25% 집단의 독립표본 t-test를 실시하였으며, 각 문항점수 간 상관을 알아보기 위하여 Cramer’s V계수를 산출하였다. 이를 토대로 66개 문항에 대해 요인분석을 실시한 결과 ‘전공지식 및 활용 능력’, ‘교양지식 및 활용 능력’, ‘태도 및 신념’, ‘자기이해 및 자기개발’, ‘타인이해 및 의사소통 능력’, ‘문제해결 및 정보수집 능력 6개 요인을 추출하고 각 문항을 구성하였다.


The purpos of this study is to review the previous studies on the practical intelligence for constructing the items of practical intelligence test for the pre-kindergarten teacher based on human resource development(HRD). In addition, this study analyzed the conceptual map of practical intelligence of pre-kindergarten teachers and conducted a questionnaire survey on practical intelligence to analyze the structure of practical intelligence of pre-kindergarten teacher. The literature related to HRD was examined based on the results to extract the factors of intelligence for pre-kindergarten teacher and the items of pre-kindergarten teacher’s intelligence test tools, practiced on 450 pre-kindergarten teachers, were constructed for each factor. To improve the pre-kindergarten intelligence test, this study analyzed item response distribution, the frequency of each item, the mean and standard deviation of each item, and the kurtosis. Also, approximately 25% of independent sample t-test was performed for item discrimination analysis, and Cramer’s V was calculated to determine the correlation between each item’s score. Based on this, 66 items were investigated by square rotation method using principle axis factoring method, and the results were as follows: ‘Knowledge and utilization ability of major,’ ‘Knowledge and ability of cultivation knowledge,’ and ‘attitude and belief’, ‘Self - understanding and self - development’, ‘understanding and communication ability of others’, ‘problem solving and information gathering ability’.
