The purpose of this study trying to reach case studies and event planning models based on during the preceding food and beverage research and hotel to the status. Planning models propose based on existing studies, characteristics of the hotel food and beverage experience and subjective elements. Studies show that starting with the next hotel food and beverage strategy. The findings have significant implications for hotel marketing manager, CEO and academic researchers. Studies show that hotel food and beverage event is not only meaning of hotel menu. It means banquet function, cultural arts events and such as performance of hotel food and beverage.
