This study is to investigate the effect of individual capacity of the hotel cooks on turnover intention. And the control effect on the degree of turnover of turnover. also, individual competencies of hotel cooks into knowledge, skills and attitudes.This study was conducted for 30 days from November 1, 2016 to November 30, for the hotel cooks of five luxury hotels in Gyeongju. The results of this study are as follows. First, the relationship between individual competence and turnover intention was analyzed as F = 257.794, while the independent variable B =.618 (+) Effect was observed. Second, the moderating effect of turnover intention according to individual competence was found to be 0.633, F=134.505. In the two - step model with the control variable, majors 'satisfaction, the increase in the explanatory power was 0.3%, and the addition of the majors' satisfaction was F=101.832. In the third stage where the interaction term to verify the adjustment effect was added, the increase in the explanatory power was 0.3%, and F=58.245. The degree of satisfaction with the degree of the attitude of the hotel cook and the turnover intention of the limited hotel cooker had a moderator effect.
