This study investigated the effect of authentic leadership of the manager in the hotel on the organizational trust and the organizational commitment. The main purpose of organization of the hotel is highly dependent on human resources and so the authentic leadership leading the departments has come to the fore as the quality of hotel services is determined by the level of services offered to the customers. The results of the empirical analysis and the suggestions of this study are as follows. Firstly, self-perception, internalized moral perspective, balanced information processing, and transparency in relationship are found to have a significant effect in the effect of authentic leadership on organizational trust in hypothesis 1. Secondly, internalized moral perspective and balanced information processing are found to a significant effect in the effect of authentic leadership on organizational commitment in hypothesis 2 and organizational trust in hypothesis 3 is found to have a significant effect on organizational commitment. fourth, Organizational trust in the mediating the relationship between evaluation of authentic leadership and organizational commitment. This study is meaningful in suggesting the leadership promoting self-development which will internalize the modeling of the affirmative role and the affirmative organization form with its members by conducting the research on the authentic leadership targeting the employees of five-star hotels in Busan
