본 연구는 문학기반학습이 간호대학생의 비판적 사고 성향과 문제해결능력에 미치는 효과를 확인하기 위해 비동등성 대조군 전후설계 유사실험연구이다. 연구대상은 K시에 위치하는 K대학 간호대학생으로 편의표집하였다. 문학기반 학습 프로그램을 개발하기 위해 적용한 모형은 ADDIE 교수설계모형을 선정하여 프로그램을 개발하였다. 연구기간은 2016년 3월 21일부터 4월 23일까지 8주 동안 진행하였으며, 자료수집은 자가 보고식 설문지를 이용하였다. 연구도구는 윤진(2004)이 개발한 도구 비판적 사고 성향과 한국교육개발원(2003)에서 개발한 문제해결 능력 측정 도구를 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 21.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 문학기반학습이 비판적 사고 성향과 문제해결능력 향상에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 문학기반학습은 학교나 간호실무현장에 적용할 수 있는 교수학습모형을 제시했다는데 의의가 있다.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of literature-based learning on critical thinking disposition and problem solving ability of nursing students. Participants were 60 nursing students in K university located in K city. All subjects participated in 8 week. The model applied to develop literature based learning program was developed by selecting ADDIE instructional design model. The data were analyzed by the SPSS win 21.0 program. Pretest-posttest design with nonequivalent control group was utilized to analyze the effects of literature-based learning. The results were as follows; There were statistically significant differences in critical thinking disposition and problem solving ability of literature-based learning in nursing students. In conclusion, The current reasearch results is meaningful to provide the specific instructional model and case how to apply the literature-based learning for school and corporate educational settings.
