이 연구는 작업치료사의 실제 근무환경에 대한 인식과 앞으로의 중 장기 계획을 조사하고 작업치료의 특성과 실제 조건의 향후 개발 계획을 제공하고 이해하기 위한 목적이 있다. 2015년 현재 부산･경남 지역의 작업치료 면허 소지자 123명을 대상으로 2015년 9월 1일부터 9월 10일까지 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 빈도분석과 사후검증을 실시하였다. 대상자들은 미래의 근무환경의 변화에 대한 인식보다 현재 근무환경에 대해 더 부정적인 인식을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났고, 대학병원 종사자, 1일 담당 환자 수가 적을수록, 토격일 근무, 주 5일 근무자가 미래 근무환경 변화계획에 대해 긍정적인 인식을 가지고 있는 것을 알 수 있으며, 이러한 결과로 보아 미래 근무환경 변화 계획에 대해 긍정적인 인식을 가지고 있는 것은 현재 근무환경에 대한 인식과는 다르다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 작업치료사들의 현재 근무환경에 대한 인식의 긍정적 변화를 위한 대안으로 스스로 만족할 수 있는 치료적 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 기회의 마련이 필요하며, 이는 앞으로 배출 될 작업치료사들의 인식에 긍정적 변화를 가져올 것이며 치료의 질적 수준을 높이고 작업치료사의 직무 만족도를 비롯하여 환자의 의료 서비스 만족도에도 긍정적 효과를 가져올 것으로 사료된다.
This study has the purpose to examine the recognition of the Work Environment and the mid and long-term plans of occupational therapists currently working in various fields holding the occupational characteristics and understand the actual state to provide a future developmental plan. occupational therapy license holders as of 2015 in Busan and Gyeongnam of 123 participated in a questionnaire from Sep. 1 to Sep. 10, Post verification was carried out and frequency analysis Subjects seemed to have a more negative perception about the situation than the perception of the future Work Environment Change plans, as the university hospital workers, not responsible for the patient one days the enemy, Saturdays every other shift, five-day workers, and the positive perception about Work Environment Change future plans and it has found that, having a positive perception of the Work Environment Change future bore plan in this recognition result for the Work Environment and was found to be different. occupational therapists have the positive recognition of Work Environment Change future plans but also recognize difficulties working as occupational therapists due to the actual state. positive effects of improvement of qualitative levels of therapy and job satisfaction and medical service satisfaction of patients.
