본 연구는 대학생들의 자기주도성과 동기적 측면에 초점을 둔 학생포트폴리오 구성항목을 개발하고 학생들의 참여를 이끌기 위한 활용방안을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 학생포트폴리오 선행연구와 동기이론에 대한 문헌고찰을 하였다. 또한 부산 소재의 D전문대학교의 학생포트폴리오 경진대회에 참여하여 수상 경험이 있는 학생 6명과 학생포트폴리오 작성 지도의 경험이 있는 교수 5명을 대상으로 FGI(Focus Group Interview)를 통해 요구분석을 실시하였다. 문헌고찰과 FGI를 통해 개발된 학생포트폴리오의 구성항목 및 활용방안에 대한 초안은 전문가 자문을 통해 최종 완성하였다. 연구결과 완성된 학생포트폴리오의 구성요소는 ‘프롤로그, 나를 이해하기, 전공능력키우기, 사회인으로서의 능력키우기, 직업세계입문하기, 에필로그’로 구분되었으며 자신에 대한 이해 도구, 학업관리 도구, 예비사회인으로서 시민의식 개발도구, 직업기초능력 향상 도구, 취업준비도구, 셀프마케팅 도구로써 포트폴리오의 활동방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 대학생들이 학생포트폴리오 작성을 자기 주도적으로 참여하도록 돕고 교수들이 학생포트폴리오를 지도하고 평가하는데 도움을 줄 수 있다는데 의미가 있다.
The purposes of this study are to develop the components of student portfolio mostly focusing on self-directedness and motivation, and to research the application plans for encouraging students to make the portfolios. To accomplish these purposes, we examined the literatures of advanced researches and motivation theory, and proceeded FGI(Focus Group Interview) of 6 students who won the prizes in student portfolio competition held at D college in Busan and 5 professors who have wide experiences of supervising such student portfolios to analyze the requirements. To validate the draft of the components and application plans for student portfolio, we sought for the improvement on the research and FGI through receiving professional advices. As the final result, the components of the student portfolio included ‘Prologue’, ‘Understanding Myself’, ‘Improving Ability Related to Major’, ‘Improving Ability of Social Skills’, ‘Entering Into Job World’ and ‘Epilogue’. We can use student portfolio in 6 fields, namely ‘self understanding’, ‘academic management’, ‘citizenship development’, ‘core competency’, ‘employment preparation’ and ‘self-marketing’. This study finds its meaning to help the students who are to make the student portfolio in self-directed way as well as the professors who supervise and evaluate these students.
