In this study, we analyzed the effects of how human resource management affects the knowledge sharing that organization performance. To proceed with this study, composition factors were extracted through broad review of previous research, hypotheses were established and empirical survey was carried out using questionnaire. The questionnaire data were collected from 235 and analyzed using SPSS 20.0 The results of this study include the followings. First, human resource management significantly positive related to knowledge sharing. Secondly, human resource management positive effected to organization performance. Third the relationship between human resource management and organization performance was partially mediated by knowledge sharing. Finally knowledge sharing was partly supported to organization performance.
