본 연구의 목적은 전문상담교사의 직무역량 강화를 위한 수퍼비전 모형 개발의 기초자료를 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 수퍼비전 모형의 핵심 구성요소인 전문상담교사의 발달단계와 수퍼비전 내용을 도출하기 위한 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 연구 대상은 전문상담교사 대상 온‧오프라인 수퍼비전을 진행하고 있고 학교상담의 특수성과 전문상담교사의 직무에 대한 이해도가 높은 수퍼바이저 2인과 전문상담교사 실무경력 6년 이상, 석사과정이상의 교육경력, 수퍼비전 경험 15회 이상인 전문상담교사 7인으로 구성하였다. 그 결과 전문상담교사의 발달단계는 전문상담교사 실무경력, 교육경험, 수퍼비전 경험 등의 주요기준과 부가기준인 자격증 취득을 기준으로 형성기, 성장기, 숙련기 3단계로 구분되었다. 전문상담교사의 수퍼비전 내용은 ‘상담활동’, ‘자문 및 교육’, ‘연계’, ‘기획 및 행정’, ‘전문성 증진활동’ 등의 직무에 대하여 14개 영역, 52개 내용이 도출되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 선행연구와 비교 검토하고 의의를 논의하였으며 후속연구에 대해 제언하였다.


The purpose of this study lies in the basic research to develop the supervision model for professional school counselors as a supervision study for building the job competency of professional school counselors. For the object, the interview with focus group was conducted to deduce the development stage of professional school counselors and the supervision content that are the essential ingredients constituting the supervision model. The subjects in the study were two supervisors and seven professional school counselors. For supervisors, they are the ones supervising professional school counselors on/offline and have enough understanding of uniqueness in school counseling and duty of professional school counselors. For professional school counselors, they are who have more than 6 years experience as a professional school counselor, the degree more than master, and more than 15 times in supervision. As a result, the development stages were classified into three stages, which are formative, growth, and experienced stage, on the basis of professional, educational, supervision experience as a professional school counselor. In the content of supervision that professional school counselors, 52 supervision contents in 14 areas were drawn about the duty such as 'counseling activity', 'consultation and education', 'planning and administration', and 'expertise promotional activity' etc. The result of this study were cross-checked with preliminary research, and the meaning and application of the study were discussed. In addition, a follow-up study was suggested.
