본고에서는 사이시옷의 실현과 비실현이 주변의 환경에 이끌릴 수 있다는 가설을 세우고 그 가설의 타당성을 확인하고자 한다. 이때 주변의 환경이란 같은 요소를 공유하는 구성족을 의미하는데 본고의 목적은 바로 이 구성족이 사이시옷의 출현에 관여하는 양상을 살피는 것이다. 본고에서는 이를 위하여 설문 조사를 실시하여 현대 한국어에서의 사이시옷의 실현 양상에 대해 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 구성족이 사이시옷의 실현과 비실현 양상에 일정한 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다.
This study aims to examine that the realization and non- realization of Sai-siot are affected by surrounding environment. The surrounding environment means constituent family that shares same constituent. This paper observes the appearance of constituent family being concerned with realization and non-realization of Sai-siot. For this purpose we carried out a survey. Through the survey this paper figured out that constituent family including modifier family and head family affects realization and non-realization of Sai-siot.
