The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect on the relationship between personal values and perceived value to the fair tourism of baby boom generation. Results and implications of the study are as follows. First, the personal values of baby boomer generation was found as a significant (right) effect to fair tourism practical behaviors. Second, the perceived value of baby boomer generation was found as a significant (right) effect to fair tourism practical behaviors. Third, this study have an academic outcome as measuring fair tourism behaviors of the overseas tourists itself directly in field of fair tourism study. Fourth, this study was able to suggest some alternatives on the attitude and practical ability of overseas tourists by measuring the effect models of personal values and perceived value of overseas tourists between fair tourism practical behaviors. Fifth, this study provided some opportunities that could sympathize the needs for a refinement practices and the improvement of dignities as much as global levels by the proposals of the improved abilities of fair tourism that requirements in their daily lives for Koreans.
