A factor analysis and a reliability analysis were conducted to verify the reliability and validity of scale using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 statistics program, and an analysis of a structural equation was conducted to verify a research hypothesis. The results of the empirical analysis are as follows: First, there was a significant positive(+) correlation between emotional labor and job burnout. Second, emotional labor had a significant negative(-) influence on both ‘Vitality’ and ‘Commitment’, which are subfactors of job engagement. Third, job burnout had a negative influence(-) on ‘Interest in customers’ but a positive(+) influence on ‘Customers’ need satisfaction’, both of which are subfactors of customer orientation. Fourth, ‘Vitality’ and ‘Commitment’, which are subfactors of job engagement, had a significant positive influence(+) on both ‘Interest in customers’ and ‘Customers’ need satisfaction’, which are subfactors of customer orientation.
