본 연구의 목적은 아동학대의 실태를 파악하여 아동학대 유형은 어떠하며, 피학대경험 아동의 대처방식은 어떻게 하는가를 알아본 후에 이에 대한 대책방안을 제시하는 것으로 하였다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해서 M시 초등학교 5․6학년 353명의 아동들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구 설문조사는 2015년 10월 5일부터 2015년 10월 24일까지 20일 동안 실시되었으며, 통계처리는 통계 패키지(SPSS 12.0) 프로그램과 ANOVA 및 T-test 를 이용하여 실시하였다. 본 연구를 조사 분석한 결과, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 부모에 의한 학대유형 중에 아동들이 가장 많이 경험하고 있는 학대는 방임으로 조사되었으며, 다음으로 정서적 학대, 신체적 학대 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 아동학대에 대한 대처방식은 “그냥 가만히 있거나 꾹 참는다.”의 무반응적 대처방식이 가장 높게 나타났다. 다음으로 회피적 대처방식, 공격적 대처방식, 대인원망적 대처방식, 자기위안적 대처방식 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 기초로 하여 아동학대를 예방하기 위해서 다음과 같은 제언을 한다. 첫째, 아동을 방임으로부터 보호하기 위해서 ‘방과 후 프로그램’을 적극 활용해야한다. 둘째, 아동학대를 사전에 예방하기 위하여 ‘부모교육 프로그램’이 개발되어야 한다. 셋째, 모든 국민이 아동학대에 관해 인식하고, 이를 신고하는 것은 국민적 의무라는 인식의 전환이 필요하다.
The purpose of this research is to observe so that the it is to investigate actual conditions of child abuse and what type they are, what coping style they are, and is to suggest a countermeasure method. For this, we selected 6 elementary schools in M-city and distributed the questionnaires on 353 students of the 5th․6th grades, and withdrew it from them. The questionnaires periods of study was from October 5, to October 24, 2015, and In the statistic processing, it was used to draw out SPSS(12.0) PACKAGE, ANOVA and t-test. The results obtained in this study are summarized as follows. The first, the most child abuse was revealed the neglect among the child abuse experienced by parents, and emotional abuse, physical abuse displayed orderly in experiencing child abuse. The second, the coping style of non-reaction which do silence or endure was the most high coping style of all the coping style. The following, avoiding coping style, offensive coping style, personal grudge coping style, silf-comfortable coping style was displayed orderly in comparison with the all coping styles of child abuse. On the basis of the result of this research thesis, I suggest as follows to improve the prevention of child abuse. The first, We must apply actively「the program after the class」 to protect from the neglect among the child abuse. The second, We must develop「a parent education program」 to prevent child abuse in advance. The third, It is necessary that all nation must study actual knowledge of the child abuse, and it is necessary that complaint about a actual situation of child abuse is national obligation through knowledge conversion of nation.
