다원화되는 사회에서 추구하는 혁신제품의 의미자체가 변모하고 있다. 예전에는 개발의 필요에 의하여 다양한 개발전략을 통해 제품출시 이후 판로를 개척해나가는 방법을 펼쳐나갔다. 허나 최근에는 혁신제품의출시과정부터 다르게 운영되고 있고, 예전과는 다른방향으로 전략을 펼치고 있다. 이에 예전과 현재의 혁신제품 성공전략 사례들을 분석하여 향후 펼쳐질 혁신제품의 성공판로를 예측해보고자 한다. 본 연구의 연구방법 및 결과는 다음과 같다. - 예전 성공한 혁신제품의 출시 이후 어떠한 전략들을펼쳤는지 사례조사 및 분석을 한다. - 최근 성공한 혁신제품의 판로 및 출시동향들은 어떠한지 사례조사 및 분석을 한다. 시대흐름에 따른 혁신제품의 운영체계를 살펴본 결과, 향후 혁신제품을 출시하는 스타트업기업들을 해외크라우드 펀딩을 통해 선인정 후양산 시스템을 통해제품양산을 할 것으로 예상된다. 또한 우리나라도 머지않아 스타트업과 대기업의 제휴를 위한 시스템 마련이 될 것으로 예측해본다. 급격한 변화를 겪으며 탄생하는 혁신제품의 출시관련 운영흐름을 정확히 인지한다면 향후 이를 준비하는 스타트업기업들에게 성공으로 진입할 수 있는 빠른 경로를 알려 줄 수 있으리라생각된다.
pluralized societies is transforming. In the past, the markets were opened up after the products were released through various development strategies based on the needs of development. Recently, however, even the launching process of innovative products is differently operated and strategies with directions completely different from the past are used. In this regard, the paper aims to predict successful markets of innovative products in the future by analyzing the successful strategic cases of innovative products from both the past and the present. The following are the methodology and results of this study. - Conduct a case study and an analysis on which strategies were implemented after the release of successful innovative products in the past. - Conduct a case study and an analysis on the markets and launching trends of innovative products that were successful fairly recently. By reviewing the operation system of innovative products for each time period, it is assumed that startup companies releasing innovative products in the future will engage in the mass production of products through a pre-approval and post-production system, via overseas crowd funding. Moreover, we can expect that systems for partnerships between startups and conglomerates will be prepared in Korea within the near future. If we accurately perceive the operation trends related to the release of innovative products that come into existence by experiencing extreme changes, shortcuts to success will be available for startup companies preparing for such future.
