들뢰즈와 가타리가 제안하는 되기(devenir) 개념은 신체가 다른 신체와결합하여 일어나는 질적인 변화를 일으키면서 신체를 새롭게 생산하는 방식이다. 되기는 결합의 관계 자체로서만 포착되며, 관계는 각 신체 있어서 변용능력의 상승을 도모하는 바로 이어진다. 실천적 제언으로서의 되기는 하나의 중심으로 수렴하는 보편성과 고정된 정상성의 기준을 담지한 근대적 인간 개념을 비판한다. 이러한 되기 중 특히 여성-되기는 되기의 전 과정을 위한 핵심이자 전제조건, 필연적 출발점으로 제시된다. 본고의 관심은 여성-되기가 성별 이분법과 가부장제에저항하며 신체를 변용한다는 점이다. 비판할 지점이 있지만, 여성-되기는 남성의재현 체계에서 벗어난 방식으로 새로운 신체를 생산해내면서, 여성의 신체성을 이해한다는 점에서, 여성주의적 의의를 지닌다. 본고의 목적은 여성-되기가 주체성을여성의 신체성에서 도출하는 여성주의의 논의와 맞닿아 있고, 다양한 차이들과 신체의 문제에 주목하는 차이의 정치학을 여성주의에 제안하고 있음을 보여주는 것이다.
Deleuze and Guattari propose the concept of becoming(devenir). It means aqualitative change of body by combining other body. Becoming stands for therelationship of compositions to encourage the combination of bodies to increaseactive bodies's ability to effect. Becoming as practical suggestions criticizes themodern “Human”and advocates becoming-other to carry out de-identification andde-centralizationAmong becomings, Becoming-female is a key, precondition and inevitablystarting point for the whole process of becoming and resists the patriarchy and thegender dichotomy to reduce the power of existence. Becoming-female acquires afeminist significance in that it understand female corporeity getting from the malesystem of representation. The purpose of this paper shows that becoming-female is connected to thediscussion of feminism that subjectivity is derived from the female body andsuggest the politics of difference that pays attention to the issue of multiple bodiesand various differences.
