The purpose of this study was to understand adoptive parents’ experiences of adoptive service after adoption. To attain this goal, Regional group discussions were conducted 1-2 times in nine regions including South Seoul & Gwacheon, North Seoul & North Gyeonggi, West Seoul, South Gyeonggi, Daejeon, Jeonbuk, Gwangju, Busan and South Gyeongsang. 14 adoptive father and 68 adoptive mother were involved. Data were analyzed using qualitative categorizing analysis. The results showed as this. First, adoptive parents recognizes that there are positive and negative perception of the public about adoption. Adoptive parents have recognized that teachers, psychotherapists and Administrative staff should be changed their perception of adoption. Second, adoptive children are needed service for psychological, emotional and cognitive development. Third, adoptive child allowances, medical care, psychological treatment and support were a great help for adoptive parent in raising adopted children. Adoptive parents had wanted to participate small camps and various training programs continuously.
