본 연구는 유아교육기관에서의 반편견 교육에 대한 유아교사의 인식을 유아교육기관 유형 및 유아교사의 학력과 경력에 따른 차이를 알아본 것으로, 서울시 유치원과 어린이집에 근무하고 있는 유아교사 총 378명을 연구대상으로 하였다. 그 결과, 대부분의 유아교육기관에서는 반편견 교육이 필요하다고 보았으며, 유아교사의 반편견 교육의 내용 영역별에 따른 인식은, 능력에 대한 반편견 교육의 인식이 가장 높았고, 다양한 가족구성에 대한 반편견 교육이 가장 낮은 인식을 보였다. 전반적으로, 유치원교사가 어린이집교사 보다 반편견 교육에 대한 인식이 높았다.


The purpose of this study is suggesting some ideas of proper contents and activities of Anti-bias education. The result of study can be summarized as follows : First, in case of condition and understanding of Anti-bias education in children educational institutions, most of teachers recognized the need of Anti-bias education. Also, Anti-bias education about Ability shows highest cognition rate, and about Various Family Organization shows lowest cognition rate. Second, there are difference in teaching method of Anti-bias education according to types of children educational institution, and in teaching references between nursery school teachers and kindergarten teachers. Thrid, there is no difference in understanding about merit of Anti-bias education according to teachers academic background. Also, there is significant difference in understanding about difficulty when conducting Anti-bias education, but there is no significant difference in cognition about Anti-bias education areas according to teacher's academic background level. In case of difference in cognition about merits of Anti-bias education according to teachers' career record, there exists significant difference.
