본 연구의 목적은 유치원 실습지도교사의 내·외적 요인과 실습관련 스트레스와의 관련성을 알아보고 실습관련 스트레스에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 요인을 밝히고자 하는 것이었다. 교사 내적 요인으로는 경력, 연령, 학력, 전문성 발달, 실습지도 경험을, 그리고 외적 요인으로는 근무지역, 근무기관 유형, 담당학급 연령, 담당학급 시간이 선정되었다. 실습지도 경험이 있는 유치원 교사 202명을 대상으로 조사를 실시한 결과 교사 내적 요인으로는 실습지도 경험, 경력, 연령, 전문성 발달이 상관이 있었으며, 교사 외적 요인으로는 담당학급 연령이 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 유치원 실습지도교사의 실습관련 스트레스에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 요인은 실습지도 경험으로 나타났다. 이 같은 결과는 유치원 실습을 보다 효율적으로 실시하기 위해서는 실습지도 교사를 선정할 때 실습지도 경험이나 경력, 전문성 발달이 높은 교사를 중심으로 하는 것이 필요하다는 시사점을 준다.
The purpose of this study was to explore factors influencing kindergarten cooperating teacher's stress related to teaching practicing. The career, age, educational background, professional development, experience as a cooperating teacher, area of kindergarten, type of kindergarten, age of classroom students, type of classroom were examined as possible factors affecting teachers' stress related to teaching practicing. The result showed that the experience as a cooperating teacher, career, professional development, type of classroom were related to the teachers' stress related to teaching practicing. However, the most important factor influencing kindergarten teachers' stress related to teaching practicing was experience as a cooperating teacher. These results can be interpreted that experience as a cooperating teacher affect decreasing teachers' stress related to teaching practicing.
