이 연구의 목적은 초등학교에서 STEAM 교육을 통한 에너지기후변화교육과 관련된 다양한 시사점을 제공하고, 교사들에게 STEAM 교육을 어떻게 가르치고 수업에서 활용할 것인가에 대한 의미를 밝히는데 있다. STEAM 교육은 실생활과 밀접히 관련이 있으며, 분과적인 교과를 어떻게 통합할 것인가에 대한 방법을 제시한다. 에너지기후변화 교육에서 STEAM 교육적 접근이 즐겁고 의미있는 교육적 방법이 될 수 있다.
The purpose of this study is to research the STEAM education on energy and climate change so that teachers teaching the subject can be clear with how to teach. Ultimately, it tries to provide teachers with the basis on which they can build their lessons. STEAM education provides an avenue for formally teaching the inter-relationships of how subjects relate in real-life. STEAM education can be enjoyably and meaningfully delivered in more engaging ways within the already established energy and climate change educational structure.
