요약(Abstract): 본 연구는 노인복지시설 종사자의 자살에 대한 태도를 확인하고, 종사자 특성에 따른 차이를 분석하였다. 태도를 측정하기 위해 Suicidal Opinion Questionnaire를 사용하여 서베이 조사를 하였다. SPSS Win 20 프로그램을 이용한 분석결과, 자살에 대한 태도는 허용성, 개인특성, 분노, 위험성, 충동성의 5개 요인으로 나타났고, 각 요인들은 연령, 자격, 직위, 학력, 그리고 실제 사례나 지도 및 교육 경험 유무에 따라 차이가 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 자살에 대해 체계적으로 이해할 수 있는 교육적 개입방안의 기반을 마련하였다.
The purpose of this study is to examine the practitioner’s attitude toward suicide and it’s differences in the senior welfare facility. To measure attitudes, survey was conducted by using the Suicide Opinion Questionnaire. As a result of the study, attitude toward suicide is composed of 5 factors: Acceptability, Iindividual peculiarity, Anger, Riskiness, Impulsivity. There are differences in each factors by age, certification, position, scholarship, experience of real case, supervision and education. Based on the findings, the foundation was laying for the educational intervention plan that can systematically understand about suicide
