‘민족중흥의 역사’나 ‘위대한 주체시대’로 상상하는 지금, 남한/이북의 ‘근대 기획’이 배태한 선택과 배제(문명과 야만)의 논리가 바로 남한의 ‘반공주의 기획’과 이북의 ‘사회주의 기획’이다. ‘우리’의 상상과 달리, 이 기획을 바탕으로 한 남한/이북 사회는 서로의 일그러진 모습을 보여주는 거울과 같은 이형동질성(異形同質性)의 사회인 것이다. 우리 기본적 전제 위에서, 해방기의 민족 담론의 연장선상에 있는, 전후 이북의 민족문학 담론은 근대적 민족문학론이 아니라 계급성과 민족성을 강조하는 사회주의적 민족문학론(계급문학론)인 반면, 남한의 민족문학론은 몰역사성을 바탕으로 하는 보수적 민족문학론에서 민족성과 역사성을 강조하는 진보적 민족문학론으로 변모한다. 그런데 남한/이북의 민족성에 대한 인식은 남한이 계급성을 배제한 민족성의 강조인데 반해, 이북에서는 계급성을 강화하기 위한 민족성의 강조라는 차이가 있다. 특히 이북의 사회주의적 민족문학 담론이 프롤레타리아라는 민족의 주체에 대한 개념이 명확한 데 반해, 남한의 진보적 민족문학 담론은 주체에 대한 개념이 애매하다. 이런 남한의 민족문학 담론은 산업화 시기에 접어들면서 역사의 주체로 민중을 소환함으로써 민족의 주체가 명확해진다. 이런 남한/이북의 민족문학 담론은 각 사회가 설정한 민족문학론(진보적 민족문학론/사회주의적 민족문학론)의 자기 정립과정이라고 할 수 있으며, 이런 남한/이북의 담론은 자유주의와 사회주의 이데올로기(반공주의 기획/반제국주의 기획)의 차이에 의해 분화된 것이다. 그런데 남한/이북의 민족문학 담론은 실질적인 내용은 다르지만, 남한/이북을 타자화하고 대상화하는 제국의 시선이며, 모든 대상을 민족이나 계급 중심으로 위계 질서로 서열화하는 근대주의 담론이다.

The choice and exclusion that South and North Korea conceive and the logic of civilization and savagery are Anti-Communism of South Korea and Anti-Imperialism of the North Korea. South and North Korea society based on this plan is society of anomaly homogeneity that is existence like a mirror that show image that is distorted of each other. Post-Korean War days in extension of liberation period, the North korean literature is not modernistic literature but the socialist theory of literature that emphasize class and history. But South Korean literature changes from conservative literature based on ignorance of history to progressive literature that emphasize racial traits and history. By the way, realization about Nation of South and North Korea is different from each other, the North Korea emphasis racial traits for reinforce of class while South Korea emphasizes racial traits that exclude class. Specially, while the concept about subject of nation named proletarian in progressive literature of the North Korea is clear, concept about subject in that of South Korea is vague. This National literature of South Korea becomes clear about subject of the nation by recalling people as subject of history at the industrialization period. Finally, it can be said that the discourse on the North and South literature is process of a thesis and is specialized by difference of liberalism and socialism ideology (Anti-Communism, Anti-Imperialism).
