클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스의 장점이 부각되면서 이를 원하는 수요 또한 기하급수적으로 늘어나고 있다. 하지만 웹을 기반으로 하는 클라우드 서비스의 특성상 보안 문제에 대한 소비자들의 관심과 불안도 함께 증폭되고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이를 해결하기 위해 많은 전문가들이 클라우드 보안에 대한 심층적인 분석과 제안문들을 내놓고 있지만 막상 출시되어 있는 서비스들의 보안 문제를 평가하기에는 다소 무리가 있다. 이에 본 논문은 소프트웨어품질평가모델인 ISO/IEC 25000을 기반으로 하여 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스의 보안성을 분석 할 수 있는 품질평가모델을 제안하였다. 또한 이 모델의 신뢰성을 검증하기 위하여 35명의 IT 전문가들이 설문조사에 참여하였으며, 대부분 만족스러운 반응을 보였다.
In the past few years, cloud computing has grown from being a promising business concept to one of the fastest growing parts of the IT industry. However, as more and more information on individuals and companies is placed in the cloud, concerns are beginning to raise about just how safe an environment it is. Therefore, this research designed a quality evaluation model for security in the cloud computing service based on ISO/IEC 25000 to provide data security solutions to help users protect their most valuable digital assets. A survey was taken among 35 experts in the field of Information Technology to testify this model, and it showed the efficiency and the reliability about the model.
