North Korea decide to beef up not only nuclear weapon, missile but also cyber warfare as part of the asymmetric strategy. We tried to organize cyber department of the military, Intelligence service and the Blue house whenever North Korea cyber attack us. It is not the essential solution but temporary solution. This paper is meaningful because this was applied to T-O-E framework for a Study on Cyber Warfare Countermeasure Systems for National Defense.
