본 연구는‘문헌분석’, ‘현장사례조사’, ‘설문지법에 의한 의식조사’등의 연구방법을 적용하여 개발제한구역 해제 집단취락을 대상으로 환경친화적인 취락지구 정비모델을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구결과개발제한구역 해제 취락지구를 환경친화적으로 개발하기 위해서는 먼저‘정돈형’ , 1ha당‘20~50호’의 저밀도의 공영개발방식, 그리고‘도로’, ‘하수도’, ‘상수도’, ‘간이 하수처리장’, ‘학교’, ‘주차장’등의 6개의 기반시설을 중요하게 고려하는 것이 적절한 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 개발제한구역 해제 취락지구를 환경친화적으로 계획하기 위해서는‘기반시설의 배치와 규모설정’, ‘건축물의 건폐율 또는 용적률’, ‘교통처리계획’,‘환경성 평가’, ‘용도지역 및 용도지구 세분 또는 변경’, ‘공원 및 녹지계획’, ‘경관계획’등의 7개 계획항목을 중요하게 고려하는 노력이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.
The purpose of this study is to suggest the Development of Improvement Model for EnvironmentallyFriendly Village on the cancel region of the Greenbelt. It focuses on the Development of Improvement Modelthrough case study and survey with experts and residents of the cancel region of the Greenbelt. The results of thisstudy are summarized as follows; Frist, the residence construction on the cancel region of the Greenbelt considerprecedence planning for a prevention against disrupted development. Second, for the desirable environmentallyfriendly Village on the cancel region of the Greenbelt, development type of the arrangement, development of lowdensity to the public management, about 20~50 units/ha, six items based facilities are necessary. Third, it shouldbe accomplished by preparing practical planning direction of the seven items.
