해양은 무한한 잠재력과 가능성을 갖고 있다. 최근 세계적으로 해양관광에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있다. 국내에서도 주 5일제가 정착함에 따라 해양관광에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있으며, 그에 따라 해양관광자원개발 분야도 활발한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 지속가능한 해양관광의 활성화를 위해서는 현재 해양관광이 갖고 있는 기반시설에 대한 문제점을 개선해야 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 우리나라의 해양관광자원개발의 특성을 분석하고 시사점을 도출하는데 있다. 이를 위해 현재 경인권(인천광역시, 경기도)의 각 지방자치단체별 해양관광자원개발사업 현황을 조사하여 데이터화하였다. 데이터를 기반으로 하여 해양관광자원개발사업을 세 가지 기준을 설정하여 분류하고, 그 특성을 분석하였다. 분석된 내용을 적용하여 사업내용, 사업추진조직체계, 사업예산의 각 부분별 시사점을 도출하였다. 도출된 시사점을 반영하여 개선방안을 살펴보았다.
The marine’s potentiality and possibility is huge. Recently, the demand of ocean tourism increase in the worldwide. So the problems of marine tourism infrastructure need to improvement for the sustainable marine tourism. The purpose of this study is chracteristics of expoliting the marine tour resources in the west coast of Korea. This study establish the database of the marine tour resources development work in the middle-west coast(Incheon metropolitan, Gyeonggi-do). The present condition of work are classified by regional groups and the types. This study derives the political proposal by the work contents, work propulsion system and the work budget.
