본 연구의 목적은 직업능력개발 교육 프로그램의 만족도에 영향을 주는 하위요인에 대한 학습자의 인식과 만족도와의 관계, 그리고 학습요구를 조사․분석하여 교육프로그램 개선 및 개발에 시사점을 제공하는 것이다. 첫째, 교육만족도에 영향을 크게 미치는 요인은 ‘교육목표 달성’과 ‘기업 요구내용 반영’이다. 둘째, 교육만족도를 높이기 위해서는 모든 교육 프로그램에 ‘교육목적과 목표’를 명확하게 기술하고 교육현장에서 설명되어져야 한다. 셋째, 교육만족도가 낮은 하위집단의 만족도를 높이기 위해서는 이들이 ‘교육목표 달성’과 ‘학습내용 현장적용’에 대하여 만족할 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 넷째, 우선 개선할 요인은 ‘기업 요구내용 반영’과 ‘교육목표 달성’이다. 다섯째, 중견기업 이하 대상의 교육프로그램은 다양화, 대기업 대상의 프로그램은 전문화가 필요하다. 여섯째, 중견기업 이하 대상으로는 교육담당자를 대상으로, 대기업 대상으로는 개인에게 교육정보가 전달되도록 홍보․마케팅 전략이 요구된다. 일곱째, 교육 프로그램을 현재보다 확대․다양화하여 개발할 필요가 있다. 여덟째, 확대 강화해야 할 교육 분야는 ‘품질경영’, ‘리더십’, ‘영업/마케팅’등이다. 아홉째, 블랜디드 교육프로그램을 더욱 확대 개발하여 적시학습이 가능하도록 교육시스템을 개선시킬 필요가 있다. 열째, 타 교육기관을 벤치마킹하여 상대적 우위를 갖는 프로그램 확보 및 서비스전략이 필요하다.


The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the awareness of learners about the subfactors affecting satisfaction level with vocational competency development educational programs and their actual satisfaction level. And it's also meant to investigate their needs for learning in an effort to give some suggestions on the improvement and development of educational programs. First, the factors that exerted a great influence on satisfaction with education were 'the attainment of educational objects' and 'the reflection of corporate needs.' Second, every educational program should include clear statements on 'the objects and objectives of education' to boost learner satisfaction with education, and the objects and objectives of education should be explained in class as well. Third, in order to raise the satisfaction level of a group of learners who aren't satisfied with education, it's required to take an action to make them satisfied with 'the attainment of educational objectives' and 'the field applicability of what to learn.' Fourth, the primary factors that should first be improved are 'the reflection of corporate needs' and 'the attainment of educational objectives.' Fifth, publicity and marketing strategies for educational programs that target mid- and small-sized firms should be devised by focusing on providing educational information for those who are in charge of education, and the strategies for educational programs geared toward large corporations should be mapped out by focusing on informing individuals of the information. Seventh, the development of more extended and diversified educational programs is required. Eighth, the fields of education that should be more extended and reinforced are 'quality management', 'leadership' and 'sales/marketing.' Ninth, more blended educational programs should be developed to improve the educational system so that education could be provided at the right time. Tenth, benchmarking of other educational institutions is necessary to prepare more competitive programs and service strategies.
