Purpose: this study examined the level of depression and the relationships among characteristics in Korean married employed women. Methods: a convenience sample of 237 married employed women were recruited from companies, markets, banks, hospitals, and beauty shops by 5 research assistants. Results: depression was negatively related to satisfaction with employed women, wife, and mother's roles. Also depression was positively related to fatigue. Married working women's mental health is critical issue to mental health professionals. Effective psychosocial intervention is need to design for married working women to improve the relationship with family members.
