본 연구의 목적은 사회복지조직의 사회자본을 측정하기에 적합한 사회자본 척도를 개발하고, 개발된 척도의 타당도를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 그간 국내외에서 진행되어온 조직사회자본 측정과 관련된 문헌을 연구하고, 사회복지조직의 특수성을 반영하여 예비문항을 설정한 다음, 내용타당도를 높이기 위하여 전문가 초점집단면접조사를 실시한 후 예비문항을도출하였다. 도출된 예비문항의 타당도를 검증하기 위해 종합사회복지관에서 근무하고 있는 사회복지사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 최종568부가 분석에 사용되었으며, SPSS 21.0 및 AMOS 21.0 통계프로그램을이용하여 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 확인적 요인분석결과 최종 확인된 척도에 대해서는 수렴타당도와 판별타당도를 검증하였다. 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 사회자본 척도의 요인구조를 도출하였다. 둘째, 도출된 요인구조의 모형을 수립하여 확인적 요인분석을 통해 모형적합도를 확인하였다. 셋째, 최종 확인된척도에 대해 타당도를 확보하기 위해 수렴타당도 및 판별타당도를 검증하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 사회자본 척도가 타당도가 확보된 유의한 척도임이 실증적으로 검증되었다.
The purpose of this study is to develop the social capital scale fittale to measure the social capital of social welfare organization and to examine the validity. For these purpose, we researched the literature review related to organizational social capital measure being progressed in domestic and foreign in a while, set the preliminary questionnaire reflecting the distinctiveness of a social welfare organization and derived it after interviewing the focus group to increase the content validity. We derived preliminary questionnaire. To examine the validity of preliminary questionnaire derived, we carried out a survey for the social workers working in the social welfare center. Total 568 case of responses are used in analysis, and exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis are carried out by SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. We examined convergent and discriminant validity about the finally selected scale as a result of confirmatory factor analysis. The main results of study are as follows. First, we derived a factor structure of social capital through exploratory factor analysis. Second, confirmed model fit through confirmatory factor analysis, establishing the model of factor structure derived. Third, examined convergent and discriminant validity to secure the validity about finally confirmed scale. Thus, it is empirically verified that the social capital scale developed in this study is the significant scale securing a validity.
